Follow these steps to install your Snowbird Vent Clip :

First, measure the depth of your vent housing;

Set that measurement plus one inch to custom fit your Vent Clip;

Using heavy-duty scissors or pruning shears, trim using provided cut lines so that the Clip is one inch LONGER than the measured depth;

Install your clip BETWEEN the vent housing ribs.

 That's all there is to it!!
