Many home construction contractors installed foundation vents without damper doors. In harsh, cold, climates, leaving the vents open can be disasterous.
We've provided a series of photos to show you how to install perfectly acceptible foundation vent dampers that you can fashion and install yourself using common products combined with our Foundation Vent Clips.
We have Corex (r) material on hand if you would like to buy it from us directly. We sell a Vent Retro Set (2 each 8" X 8" pieces of Corex (r) plastic corrugated board and one Foundation Vent Clip) for $7.50 plus postage.
Hope that helps a bit! Please feel free to call if you have any questions.

Some foundation vents are installed without damper flaps.

Measure the interior dimensions.

Trim Corex (r) to interior dimensions.

Using strong duct tape, create a hinge placing half the tape on the new flap and securing the other half to the vent housing.

Create another damper flap for the other chamber then secure both sides with our Foundation Vent Clip.

You can fashion "handles" on each door with your tape for easy opening!
