Our Vacant Properties Monitoring service gives our client an on-site evaluation of a property's condition.  We physically visit the property and provide a timely written report and digital photos for each visit.

A Property Monitoring Report contains:

• At least one digital photograph of the property.
• A site security review.
• A site "show-ability" evaluation.
• A physical damage assessment.
• A search for rodent or insect invasion.
• A search for mold or mildew presence.
• A landscape maintenance needs assessment.

Our Vacant Property Monitoring service is attractive to out-of-area property owners, property manages, real estate brokers, and mortgage holders. 

We are happy to provide this service on either a one-time basis or on a scheduled basis.  Our client decides.

Best of all?  This service costs only $30 per site visit in the Descutes County - Crook County area.
